General Enhancements and Corrections
Please see the list below for the most recent enhancements and corrections made to the EDI, Shipping, Handheld Solutions, and more. We have endeavored to test the changes as thoroughly as possible, but as all releases share the same code base there is always the possibility of an unforeseen complication. Best practices include local testing and user sign-off prior to going live in any production environment. If any problems arise, please notify us.
 
SYSPRO 6.0 Issue 10 Updates by Request, Only
For some time now, we have announced limited support for SYSPRO 6.0 Issue 10 and have recommended upgrading to SYSPRO 6.1 SP1.  Now, and going forward, we will make our new releases for 6.0 Issue 10 available by request, only.  If SYSPRO 6.0 Issue 10 is still being run in a live environment, we recommend contacting your SYSPRO dealer as soon as possible for establishing an update plan and timeline for implementation.
 

 

810 and 856 Import

Added ability to send data to report/SQL table.

 

Handheld Solution

Added lot scripting ability to PO receipts.

 

BOL Printing

Corrected printing of freight description.

 

830/862 Import

Corrected issue with CFF for SYSPRO 7.

 

870 Export

Corrected duplicate QTY segments when using "Only send when ISR01..." option.

 

Address parsing

Added conversion of full state name in address to 2 character state.

 

Summarized Invoices

Freight charges will be summarized.

 

Label System

Corrected problem with [QUOTE] command.

 

850 Import

Corrected ship/backorder quantities on Sub-Kit parent part.

 

Shipping Solution

Worked around problem with business object and serialized lines where the order UOM is not the stocking UOM.

Corrected possible problem with order status when working dispatches and option to update is disabled.

 

Shipment Release

Added the ability to update the special instructions field.

 

850 Import

Corrected error message with serial numbered parts.

Corrected switching from scheduled to regular orders.

 

856 Export

Corrected DTP record deletion when exporting shipments.

 

INVOICE Export

Added scripting to document maintenance.
