General Enhancements and Corrections
Please see the list below for the most recent enhancements and corrections made to the EDI, Shipping, Handheld Solutions, and more. We have endeavored to test the changes as thoroughly as possible, but as all releases share the same code base there is always the possibility of an unforeseen complication. Best practices include local testing and user sign-off prior to going live in any production environment. If any problems arise, please notify us.
 
SYSPRO 6.0 Issue 10 Updates by Request, Only
For some time now, we have announced limited support for SYSPRO 6.0 Issue 10 and have recommended upgrading to SYSPRO 6.1 SP1.  Now, and going forward, we will make our new releases for 6.0 Issue 10 available by request, only.  If SYSPRO 6.0 Issue 10 is still being run in a live environment, we recommend contacting your SYSPRO dealer as soon as possible for establishing an update plan and timeline for implementation.

 

DTP Processing

If the output "Test" option is set the DTP record will not be removed.

If the "Do not export if errors/warnings" flag is set and a document is not exported the DTP record will not be removed.

Shipping Solution

Corrected printing of delivery notes for multple orders/dispatches on a shipment

Corrected updating of ship-via on 2nd order of a shipment.

Changed label token attributes TRIM, RIGHT, etc. to operate properly when outputing XML formatted information.

846 Export

Added "Allocatable" QTY segment. Allocatable = On Hand - Allocated + On Backorder

FTP System

Corrected problem with FTP and "."/".." folders causing a problem.

Imports

Corrected part number lookup when customer stock code is in REF segment after main PO1/LIN segment.

EDIFACT Documents

Added support for versions without the leading "D"

Endicia Interface

Added support for Regional Rate boxes to the dimensions x-ref and interface.

Handheld Solution

Corrected ability to enter decimal numbers on some visual modules.

Imports

Corrected problems with newer default bin allocation options

Shipment Emails

Added ability to attach an attachment

Imports

Added ability to use the InsertAfter, InsertBefore and SkipSegment options

Corrected the ability to store custom form information by stock line.

856 Export

Added ability to sort combined shipments by order number instead of shipment number

870 Export

Added option to enable orders in suspense.
