ALERT - SYSPRO 6.1 Support Ending
This is a notice to all users of the Cadacus Solutions for SYSPRO modules (EDI, Shipping, Advanced Order Management, Handheld Solution, etc.) that support for SYSPRO 6.1 will be terminated at some time this year. For more details on this alert, please click here.
ALERT - SYSPRO 7, non-Update 1 Installations
Cadacus Solutions for SYSPRO will no longer be able to support SYSPRO 7 without Update 1, beginning in early 2017.

General Enhancements and Corrections
Please see the list below for the most recent enhancements and corrections made to the EDI, Shipping, Handheld Solutions, and more. We have endeavored to test the changes as thoroughly as possible, but as all releases share the same code base there is always the possibility of an unforeseen complication. Best practices include local testing and user sign-off prior to going live in any production environment. If any problems arise, please notify us.
EDI Import - 830 - Planning Schedule
- Corrected to strip leading zeros from the line number per the General 2 tab import setting
- Corrected data access error message when updating sales forecasts
EDI Import - 850 - Purchase Order
- Corrected duplicate PO error, though no PO's existed, caused under certain conditions
EDI Import - 852 - Product Activity Report
- Updated to prevent duplicate key error when creating sales orders
EDI Import - 856 - Advanced Ship Notice
- Enhanced to populate the "Notation" field in SYSPRO Goods In Transit
EDI Import - 860 - Purchase Order Change
- Revised to ensure requested ship date is updated according to the Date/Time DTM-002 Cross-Reference
EDI Import - 875 - Grocery Purchase Order
- Corrected SO "missing from xml document" error when using test mode
- Enhanced to include option to specifiy the Ship-To Tax Code
EDI Export - 850 - Purchase Order
- Corrected to retain P01 "Required" check box settings after saving
EDI Export - 856 - Advanced Ship Notice
- Updated 856 and 810 to properly handle reverse stock code substitution when certain sequences existed
- Corrected to pick up lot date when using Shipping to allocate the ship quantity and lot number
EDI Export - 940 - Warehouse Shipping Document
- Updated to properly pull the country code for the N4 segment
EDI Blanket Orders Cross-Reference
- Corrected issue when deleting Blanket Orders Cross-Reference lines and allowing system to create new order and cross-reference entries
EDI Data Export / Import
- Corrected "no items to show" condition
EDI FTP
- Updated to address 502 errors
EDI Kit Processing
- Enhanced use of SO Business Objects to properly handle components added to SO with zero quantity
- Revised to use the TPMTAP business object to re-qualify TP per new SYSPRO recommendation
Shipping - BOL
- Updated to use the full 15 characters of the customer number in SYSPRO 7
Shipping - Freight Charge
- Corrected freight charge writing back to SYSPRO on LTL shipment
Shipping - Freight Handling
- Enhanced for multi-order shipments
Shipping - Freight Information
- Corrected screen to display the full Sales Order in Freight Information
Shipping - Negative Bins
- Corrected error requiring bin number when option set to not allow negatives
Shipping - Shipment Import
- Corrected condition causing only the first of multiple split shipments to be imported
Shipping - Starship
- Enhanced to include "UPC" entry to item selection of interface file
Handheld - Job Issue
- Enhanced to allow validating the job issue against the WIP reservation tables
Handheld - Stock Take
- Corrected "Serial Number [blank] not in stock take table" error when closing stock take
Handheld - Warehouse Transfers
- Corrected condition requiring bin field when bins are not enabled for warehouse
Summarized Invoices - Dispatch Notes
- Enhanced to allow for numeric dispatch notes
