SYSPRO 6.1 SP1 Support
This is the final announcement to all users of the Cadacus Solutions for SYSPRO modules (EDI, Shipping, Advanced Order Management, Handheld Solution, etc.) that technical support for SYSPRO 6.1 SP1 ends December 31, 2017. If you have questions regarding updating, please contact your dealer for assistance.Handheld on Android
We are in the final stages before release of the Android version of our Handheld solution. Please contact us if there is interest in seeing the beta version.

General Enhancements and Corrections
Please see the list below for the most recent enhancements and corrections made to the EDI, Shipping, Handheld Solutions, and more. We have endeavored to test the changes as thoroughly as possible, but as all releases share the same code base there is always the possibility of an unforeseen complication. Best practices include local testing and user sign-off prior to going live in any production environment. If any problems arise, please notify us.
EDI Import - 210 - Carrier Freight Invoice
- Updated handling of error condition where "AP tax value does not match the calculated tax value" based on AP Tax setup
EDI Import - 850 - Purchase Order
- Enhanced to better handle allocations of kit types when component items are missing
- Updated to better handle pulling addresses when there are multiple ship-to's
- Updated to prevent error 166 when 850's with certain conditions are imported in test mode
- Corrected dropping user out of SYSPRO when trying to create a drop ship purchase order during the 850 import
- Enhanced to include new option on the Dates tab for Ship Date handling
- Corrected error condition when using dispatches, lots, and bins
EDI Import - 856 - Advanced Ship Notice
- Corrected "Parameter 'Item' missing from XML document" error when trying to receive against an already fully-received line
EDI Export - 810 - Invoice
- Updated to suppress leading zeroes in BIG05 sales orders
- Enhanced to allow configuring order discounts as line discounts and calculating tax (TXI02) and invoice (TDS01) accordingly
EDI Export - 856 - Advanced Ship Notice
- Updated 6.1 issue to ensure running either the export menu or batch are consistent in reporting back-ordered items
- Enhanced CLD processing with tare and pack level qualifiers (CLD tab and Man-1 tab)
- Corrected showing multiple lots when processing a shipment against a dispatch instead of the sales order
- Corrected "save" issue when trying to add the 4th or 5th DTM output level and changing from item
EDI Export - 880 - Grocery Invoice
- Enhanced to suppress leading zeroes in G0102 sales orders
EDI Export - 940 - Warehouse Shipping Document
- Enhanced to assign the address location code in the N104
- Updated G69 description to limit length to EDI-standard 45 characters
EDI - Cross Reference
- Enhanced to support five-character (versus two-character) warehouse designations allowed in SYSPRO 7
EDI - Menu
- Corrected 6.1 issue to properly remember EDIMNU window location
Shipping - Freight
- Corrected Freight lines and miscellaneous charges from appearing on every dispatch created when option set to only appear on first one
Shipping - Shipment Release
- Corrected condition causing "Template has not been analyzed" error when printing a delivery note
Shipping - Starship
- Corrected to properly pass UPS reference fields
Handheld - Direct Receiving
- Corrected labor posting issue
- Enhanced to include new option to display GRN (Handheld Configurations--> Direct Receiving 2 tab)
Handheld - Job Receipts
- Enhanced to include new options for material handling (Handheld Configurations --> Job Receipts 1 tab)
Handheld - License Plating (LP)
- Enhanced to include new LP by stock code query
- Corrected LP adjustment quantity update
- Added LP selection during Job Receipts (negative)
- Corrected LP Split unhandled exception
- Enhanced to allow choosing LP default warehouse and bin
- Updated to allow reversing a stock take
Handheld - Shipment Release
- Enhanced Handheld setup (Shipment Release tab) to choose to optionally clear shipment locks when dispatch is created
- Enhanced to use the bin transfer option during LP bin transfers
Handheld - Warehouse Transfers
- Updated to address over receipt of an SCT
AOM - Kits
- Updated to ignore kits during de-allocation process
