General Enhancements and Corrections
Please see the list below for the most recent enhancements and corrections made to the EDI, Shipping, Handheld Solutions, and more. We have endeavored to test the changes as thoroughly as possible, but as all releases share the same code base there is always the possibility of an unforeseen complication. Best practices include local testing and user sign-off prior to going live in any production environment. If any problems arise, please notify us.
EDI - Emailing Subsystem
- Enhanced to include a new email service to improve configuration options and logging capabilities
- Corrected "Program not found" on browse for Freight GL Code Override
EDI Import - 810 - Invoice
- Update includes new option on first tab of setup to do a single BO post vs normal post per invoice
EDI Import - 820 - BAI Lockbox
- Corrected condition causing left-truncated invoice number
EDI Import - 824 - Application Advice
- Update for N104 ID reporting
EDI Import - 830 - Planning Schedule with Release
- Updated functionality in the Schedules 2 tab
- Corrected "Trading Partner not on file" error under Document Maintenance
EDI Import - 850 - Purchase Order
- Enhanced to ignore bins on hold during allocations
- Corrected condition preventing cancellation of created sales orders containing two misc lines
- Enhanced to include a new function called "AfterOrderClosed" to allow VB scripting as needed
- Updated for importing a PER segment into CFF's
EDI Import - 856 - Advanced Ship Notice
- Enhanced to properly "Save weight in comment" as a Comments 2 tab option
EDI Import - 860 - P.O. Change
- Enhanced BCH tab when BCH01 = 05 to enable overriding cancel and updating existing order
EDI Import - 861 - Receiving Advice
- Corrected condition causing "Unable to find PO details" when using non-SYSPRO PO numbers
EDI Import - 862 - Shipping Schedule
- Corrected condition causing duplicate delivery order numbers appearing for the same forecast date
EDI Import - 945 Warehouse Shipping Advice
- Corrected lot/bin issue
- Added option to control name location information on report to Page 3 of setup
EDI Export - 810 - Invoice
- Increased the code length in the XREF to match the SYSPRO product class length
EDI Export - 855 - P.O. Acknowledgement
- Corrected condition causing "Open attempted when file already open" error when processing 855
- Corrected issue with 860 price change information which caused issues with the 855
EDI Export - 856 - Advanced Ship Notice
- Enhanced with new option on initial tab of setup to export only one ASN per file if range selected
- Enhanced Export Options tab of the XREF Reference Qualifiers segment setup
- Updated to prevent Serial Batch Expiration Date not found issue
EDI Export - 865 - P.O. Change Acknowledgment
- Corrected condition preventing population of PID02 element
EDI Reference Qualifiers
- Corrected condition where the first XREF Reference Qualifier was incorrectly defaulted
EDI - Scripting
- Enhanced scripting engine to provide improved scripting manipulation of "Ship to" address
EDI - Trading Partner Setup
- Corrected when the Master Account selected was A/P and resulting number populated incorrectly
Shipping - Auto Quantity
- Updated to handle decimals in the Auto Shipment with Quantity selection
Shipping - Dimensional Freight Class
- Enhanced to include a "Compute Class.." option on the Freight 2 tab of Shipping/Handheld setup
Shipping - Employee
- Updated field sizes to prevent truncation of long employee codes
Shipping - Multi-Order Shipments
- Enhanced to process multi-order on one shipment using multi-levels
Shipping - Shipment Release
- Corrected Shipment Release, Customer Filter issue
Shipping - Shipping Label Reprint
- Corrected DSRUN error when selecting Edit List browse under Shipment Selection paramaters
Shipping - Shipping Screen
- Updated to display the Shipping Station ID in the lower-left corner of the Shipping screen
Shipping - Starship
- Enhanced to provide option to convert everything to the Stocking UoM
- Enhanced to include tare data sent to Starship (option on General 3 tab of Station Maintenance)
- Enhanced to provide a "sales order and multi-ship" option (General 4 tab of Station Maintenance)
Shipping - Support System
- Enhanced logging capabilities related to scales
Handheld - Bins
- Enhanced by adding option on the bin tab to use the default bin but still allow operator override
Handheld - GL
- Updated to perform the labor post if a non-stocked line on a PO is connected to a job operation
Handheld - Job Receipts
- Enhanced to provide new option on Job Receipts 1 tab to enter employee code
Handheld - Labels
- Enhanced to provide configuration options (Job Receipt 2 tab) for inter-operation labels
Handheld - License Plating
- Enhanced to provide additional choices (optional, mandatory) on LP Creation tab
Handheld - Lots
- Corrected condition where operator error caused negative stock when not allowed
Handheld - Scanning
- Corrected condition causing error on 2-D barcodes
- Enhanced to include options to set the scan prefix on certain fields on the Scanning 2 tab
Handheld - Shipping
- Corrected condition allowing operators to enter quantities with decimals
Handheld - Units of Measure
- Updated to better handle unique units of measure issue
Advanced Order Management - Release
- Updated condition causing truncation error
- Updated to improve handling of sub-type kits and TPM lines
