Install Handheld Support

The Handheld WMS Support on Windows software is a tool for installing software on Handheld WMS devices.  Installation is only required for workstations that are planned for the initial provisioning or for the tethered docking of the devices.


Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the user-defined folder on the SYSPRO application server and drill-down into the "Setup" folder.


Double-click on the HandheldSupportSetup.msi installation file, as seen in the following example:



Follow the on-screen instructions.


Confirm installation by launching the application from the Windows Start menu:




If installation is successful, a window similar to the following will display on the workstation:
