Enable Amendment Journal

The SYSPRO Amendment Journal must be enabled under SYSPRO Inventory Setup.  Enabling this option provides the Handheld WMS with the necessary information to provide maximum speed and efficiency and avoids unnecessary network traffic and overhead when there have been no changes to previously downloaded data, such as stock codes and inventory data.

Launch SYSPRO and select  Main  >  Setup  >  Distribution  >  Inventory

Select the "General" tab and under "Amendment journals required", choose "Yes, with additions", then "Save", as in this example:
