The elements in the PO4 segment relate to the details of a package container, such as units within an inner container, units within a container where there is no inner container quantities and UOM for the packaging.
The following table outlines the prompts/options available when accessing this screen:
PO401 Element This element relates to the quantity of inner containers within a case or the number of eaches per outer container if inner containers are not being used. Select from the following elements for the System to determine the number of inner items. Note: "Alternate" and "Other" units of measures are set in Inventory and may be set and used for calculation purposes even if not actual packing sizes. |

Send PO402/PO403 or PO414? Select to send either the PO402/03 or the PO414 with the PO401. |
|
|
PO402 is the size of supplier units in a pack and PO403 defines the Unit of Measure code. If using PO402 then the PO403 is also used. |

PO414 relates to the number of eaches per inner container. |

Enter the number of decimal places required (up to 3). |
