Import Options

Import as Comment Line when Requested?

Select this option to add the DTM as a comment on the Sales Order.  This option must also be set in the mapping for the incoming document.

Short Description:  (Used when storing three dates in a single comment line)

Enter a 5-character short description of the DTM code to be used on the Sales Order comment line. this option is used when storing multiple dates in a single comment line.

Ship Date offset during import

The imported "Ship Date" may be modified by adding or subtracting days during the import process.

Add

Select to add a specified number of days to be imported Ship date

Subtract

Select to subtract a specified number of days from the imported ship date.

Number of Days:

Specify the number of days by which the Ship Date must be changed.

Requested Ship Date offset during import

The imported "Requested Ship Date" may be modified by adding or subtracting days during the import process.

Add

Select to add a specified number of days to the imported Requested Ship Date.

Subtract

Selected to subtract a specified number of days from the imported Requested Ship date.

Number of Days:

Specify the Number of days by which the Requested Ship Date must be changed.
