IT3/PAM Tab


The IT3/PAM form is used to specify additional item details relating to variations between ordered and shipped quantities, or to specify alternate units of measures and quantities.



The following table outlines the prompts/options available when accessing this screen:


IT3 Elements/Information

Check the box for each IT3 element required.  The system is preprogrammed to supply the requested data.

IT303 Code: (Overrides system selected code)

Enter an override code for the IT303 here.  This will override the system selected code.

IT303 Code if backorder: (Overrides system selected code)

Enter an override code for the IT303 when items are on backorder.  This will override the system selected code.

Only send IT3 UOM different from IT1
