General 3 Tab

The General 3 screen is used to specify the handling of Lot Traceable items, pricing, UOM and storing pack information.

The following table outlines the prompts/options available when accessing this screen:

Lot Assignments for Traceable Items

Select how lots should be assigned for lot-traceable items

Backorder Traceable Items

Select to backorder all traceable stock items on the sales order.

Assign by Date (Oldest First)

Select to assign lot traceable items by date using the oldest date first.

Backorder serialized Items

"Expected" IT801 Code:
If an IT801 element is found with a code different form the above, a warning will be generated.
