DTM Segment Information

There are three DTM segments that can be sent on the 856 document.  For the Qualifier you will enter or browse Date/Time Qualifiers and select (or add) the Reference qualifier to use for the Date/Time information.  Date/Time Qualifiers can either be setup here by selecting the Browse/Edit/Add or by entering the qualifiers in the Cross-Reference Maintenance/Date/Time Qualifiers.  The screens are identical.   The Output Level for each qualifier selected, select the location where the qualifier is to be placed within the 856 document:  The Header, Shipment, Order, item or unit load.

Time Information

The time information provided here corresponds to the tree qualifiers selected above.  For each of the qualifiers, select the required time option.  No Time should be selected if the time should NOT be included.  Send Time should be selected if the time should be included.  Send Time & Zone should be selected if the time and zone should be sent in DTM05

Enter the time if a fixed time is required or enter the applicable time zone if "Send Time & Zone" is requested.
