Select to include the total count of tare or packs in the 856 document

CLD01 Value

Tare count

Select to send the total number of tares in the shipment

Tare count if it exists otherwise Pack Count

Select to send the total number of tares in the shipment if tares exists; Otherwise send the total number of packs in the shipment.

Pack Count (uses "PACKS" comment if found)

Select to extract the pack count from a sales order comment line.  The comment line must be preceded by "PACKS" [space]" in order for the pack count to be picked up for the 856 document.

Pack Count

Select if the pack count information is to be pulled from a source other than the comment line.

Send a "1"

Select to send a value of "1"

Include CLD02

Select to include Element 02 unit count in the CLD Segment

Pack count

Select to use the pack count as the CLD02 Element

Total ship quantity

Select to include the total quantity of all packs.

Total ship quantity based on UOM to use

Pack Count if CLD01 used Tare Quantity otherwise Ship Quantity

Select to use the total pack count if CLD02 uses Tare Quantity; Otherwise use total ship quantity.

Quantity in a Pack

Select to use the total pack count if CLD01 use Tare quantity; Otherwise use total ship quantity.

CLD03:

Enter the value for element CLD03 Packaging code if the element is required to be sent in the 856 document.

CLD REF Qualifier:

Enter or browse Reference Qualifiers and select the qualifier for the CLD REF qualifier.  The Reference Qualifier is set up Cross-Reference maintenance/Reference Qualifiers (REF,N9,RFF,PER).  IF the qualifier was not previously set up, it can be added when browsing the Reference Qualifier form.
