About licenses and registering the Handheld WMS solution

The Handheld WMS requires:

An e.Net run time license contained within the SYSPRO core license; registering the e.net licenses for each company enables the Handheld WMS solution to have access to SYSPRO business objects
A Handheld WMS license

Below are sample license files. The SYSPRO WORK directory is the SYSPRO default (but not required) location for license files. Note the AddOn license is not needed for licensing the Handheld WMS solution.

Launch SYSPRO, login with administrative privileges, select the lookup icon, choose the company, and select "Change":

Select the "Registration" tab, then "Import License":

Any time the company license is updated, it is necessary to also follow the steps below to configure SYSPRO e.net licenses; otherwise, the application may receive an error that "the Comstate file is damaged".

Launch SYSPRO, select Setup > General Setup > System Setup... ,then select "Configure e.net License":

Select "Import LICENSE.XML" and click Next. Browse to/select the SYSPRO core license containing the run time token, click Next as shown in the below example:

Click Next on the "Configure e.net Licenses" prompt, as there is no need to apportion e.net licenses across operators and/or classes. Click Next and Finish. SYSPRO exits and requires logging-in again.

Launch SYSPRO, choose the main SYSPRO menu, select "Run a Program", then enter "EDIMNU" at the prompt:

Select "Registration":

In the Registration System window, select "Import Cadacus SFS Licenses". Browse to/select the Cadacus license (the XML file containing the word "Cadacus" somewhere in the name), and click "Import". Click Next and Close. The Registration window should now show "Licensed".
