General 2 Tab

The General 2 screen is used to define tax registration numbers, acknowledgment scanning options and custom processing.

The following table outlines the prompts/options available when accessing this screen:

If the tax registration number in the Company Setup needs to be overridden, then enter the appropriate tax registrations numbers in the fields below.
Tax ID Number:	Enter the Tax ID number required
GST ID Number: (Canadian SYSPRO Setups only)	Enter the GST Id number required - For Canadian companies only.

GLN:	Enter the GLN number if required.

Do not include Trading Partner in Acknowledgment Scanning

Check box if to not scan this Trading Partner's documents for Acknowledgment. In this case automated 997 Acknowledgments will not be entered,

This is setup for custom programming and is seldom used.
