Acknowledgment Scanner Screen

This function is used to scan documents in order to determine whether an acknowledgment has been sent.



The following table outlines the prompts/options available when accessing this screen:

File to Scan:

Enter the full path to the file to be scanned and then click on the Start Scanner Button.  Note:  Although the scanner may be run manually it is intended to run automatically in conjunction with the Input Sort and Output File Combine functions.




Start Scanner Button

After the file to scan has been selected, select the Start Scanner button to start the scanner.
