Verifying Handheld WMS device communications
- On the device, launch a browser and go to sfshh.com -- this is the shorthand URL for the Handheld WMS manual download page; if this page is accessible, Internet connectivity exists.
- The Cadacus WCF Service must be installed where SYSPRO is running. See the section earlier in this document under the Windows application server installation section.
- To troubleshoot connectivity issues, go to the the "Troubleshooting" section in this document.
