Select whether to store the backup on the Server or on the Workstation

Backup Directory:

Enter the full path to the Backup directory.  The system will create sub directories within the backup directory corresponding to the relevant SYSPRO directory from which EDI files are backed up.  A date and time will also be added.

Check the appropriate boxes for the files to be backed up.  If there is more than 1 company using EDI on the system then all the companies may be backed up at the same time.  Check the box to backup all companies.

Backup Programs (Programs, Screens, Base/Bin and Base/FH Directories)

Select this option to backup all EDI program, screens, base/bin and Base/FH Directories.

Backup Data (Data and Work Directories)

Select option to backup all EDI Data and Work Directories.

Backup data for all companies

Select this option to backup all companies where EDI is installed.  If unselected, the system will backup EDI for only the company where the EDI Backup is being performed.

Start Backup Button

Click on Start Backup button to execute the EDI Backup process.  Upon completion of the backup process, the system will indicate the full path to the Backup, including the file name consisting of the Date and Time the Backup was performed.

Exit Button

Select Exit to leave the System Backup screen and return to the EDI Menu Options Screen.
