PAL Tab


The PAL screen is used to define the Pallet type code, tiers and blocks for shipping pallets.




The following table outlines the prompts/options available when accessing this screen:



Pallet Type Code (PAL01):

Enter the code indicating the type of pallet, e.g.4 = Standard, 6 = Wood, etc.



Include Pallet Tiers (PAL02)

Select to include the PAL02 Element in the 856 document.  The PA02 Element defines the number of layers per Pallet.



Include Pallet Blocks (PAL03)

Select if the PAL03 Element is to be included int eh 856 document.  The PAL03 Element defines the number of pieces (cartons) per layer on the pallet.
