Outbound Options (Information here will override document settings)

Outbound Location Prefix:

Enter the outbound location prefix.  This will override the Trading Partner default location prefix

Address Qualifier (N101):

Enter the Qualifier for the N101 element.

Location Qualifier (N103):

Enter the Qualifier for the N103 or N405 element.  This is usually 9 or 91

Country code:

Enter the country code for the ship to address

Shipping Days:

If a DTM067 for an expected delivery date is required then the number of days entered here will be added to the sip date to determine the expected delivery date.

Fixed Ship Via:

Enter or browse and select the required ship via code from Order Entry Shipping Instructions  table

ITD01 Code (Terms TYpe Code):

Enter the required Terms Type Code to override the document settings

ITD02 Code (Terms Basis Date Code):

Enter the required Terms Basis Date code to override the document settings.
