Active Files Screen

The Update Menu System screen indicates whether or not the Menu Listings needs to be updated, and to update the Menu Information if required.


The following table outlines the prompts/options available when accessing this screen:



Current Menu Information Date:

The date displayed here represents the last date the custom Menu System file was updated.



Latest Menu Information Date:

The date displayed here represents the date that new information was released for the Menu System.  A date in this field that is later than the Current Menu Information Date indicates that the custom Menu System (CUSMEN.IMP files) needs to be updated.



Update Menu Information Button

Click this  in order to place the EDI menu listing in the SYSPRO Menu Tree



Remove Menu Information Button

Click this in order to remove the EDI menu listings from the SYSPRO Menu Tree. .



Exit Button

Click this to return to the EDI Main Menu Screen
