Pack Level MAN configuration

MAN01 Qualifier:       Override Shipping Qualifier?

Enter the required qualifier for the MAN01.  Check this box if the MAN01 Qualifier is to override the Shipping Qualifier.

MAN02 Information (Label information will override)

Note: If using a labeling system, the label information will override the MAN02 Element. In addition if Tracking Numbers are located using a Comment line of the Sales Order, the Tracking Comment will override the options selected below.

NOTE: Tracking Comment will override information below Default:  

Enter the Default code used to identify a shipment or parts of shipment.

Send Default (or not required)

Select to send the default code entered above, or select if the MAN02 is not required to be sent in the 856 document. If the MAN02 Elect is not required to be sent, leave the above Default value blank.

Send Bill of Lading

Send Pro Number

Select to send the Pro number in the MAN02 Element.

Send SSCC (Shipping System)

Select to send the SSCC code

Send Tracking Number (Shipping System - Pack Level)

If the Shipping System - Pack Level option is selected, select to send the Tracking Number in the MAN02 Element.

Send User 1 (Shipping System - Pack Level Only)

Select to send information from the Sales Order User 1 field in the MAN02 Element at Pack Level Only

Send Incrementing Number

Select to send incrementing numbers for the MAN02 segment

Send Incrementing Number Zero Filled to 20 characters

Select to send incrementing numbers preceding with zero values up to 20 characters.

Last Number Used:

Enter the last number used for the numbering system.

Warn if MAN02 information missing

Select the qualifier for the MAN04 Element

MAN04 Qualifier:  

Select the qualifier for the MAN04 Element.

MAN05 Information

NOTE: Options selected below will be overridden if Tracking numbers are being looked up using a comment line on the Sales Order.

NOTE: Tracking Comment will override information below Default:  

Enter the default qualifier for the MAN05 Element.

Send Default (or not required)

Enter the default qualifier for the MAN05 Element or if the MAN05 element is not required to be sent in the 856 document.

Send Bill of Lading

Send Pro Number

Select to send the PRO number in the MAN05 Element.

Send SSCC (Shipping System)

Send Tracking Number (Shipping System - Pack Level)

Send User 1 (Shipping System - Pack Level Only)

Send Incrementing Number

Select to send Incrementing Number in the MAN05 element

Send Incrementing Number Zero Filled to 20 characters

Select to send incrementing numbers preceding with zero values up to 20 characters.

Last Number Used:

Enter the last number that was used for the number system.

Warn if MAN05 information missing

Only send MAN04/05 if no information for MAN02
