Files Information Update  Screen

The UPdate Re-Index Information Screen indicates whether or not the custom Re-Index Information needs to be updated, and to update the Re-Index Information.


The following table outlines the prompts/options available when accessing this screen:



Current File Information Date:

The date displayed here represents the last date the Re-Index Information was updated.



Latest File Information Date:

The date displayed here represents the date that the new information was released for theRe-Index Information.  A date in this field later than the current File Information Date indicates that custom Re-Index file (CUSFIL.IMP) needs to be updated.



Convert LII ISAM files to C-ISAM Button

If files were converted from older versions and are not yet in C-ISAM format, then click this button to run the conversion.  This function places a batch file on the server.  Once this has been done, the batch file must be executed to complete the conversion.  This function is no longer used.



Update Re-Index Information Button

Click to update the Re-Index Information.  THis function will add the EDI and EDI Shipping data files to the SYSPRO Re-Index Function.



Remove Re-Index Information Button

Click to remove the Re-Index Information from the CUSFIL.IMP files.



Exit Button

Click this to return to the EDI Main Menu Screen
