Employees

The purpose of the Employees in the Cross Reference Setup is used to define passwords for employees to allow them access to EDI Shipping and SYSPRO Applications used with the Cadacus Handheld Systems.

In order to prompt for a password in EDI Shipping and Cadacus Hendheld Systems, you must select the option "Request Employee Code" in EDI Shipping System/Shipping/Handheld System Setup/Shipping tab. On the same tab, you can also request to have the system perform validation on the employee code.

To setup the Employees, select:

EDI Menu > Setup Programs > Cross-Reference Maintenance > Employees

Employee:

Enter a code for the employee. THis code does have to be the Operator login name.
