Carrier Information

The purpose of the Carrier Information in the Cross Reference Setup is used to define the various services offered by a carrier as well as define the charges associated with the services, e.g. Saturday delivery, COD, Insurance and fuel charges.

To setup the Carrier Information, select:

EDI Menu > Setup Programs > Cross-Reference Maintenance > Carrier Information

SCAC Code:

Browse Carrier Service Information and select the SCAC code.

Information:

Select from the following in the drop down menu the service types to define.

Fuel Surcharge
Fuel Surcharge - Ground
Fuel Surcharge - Air
Saturday Delivery
Early am
Routing/File Version
COD Charge
Insurance
Other
Delivery Area Surcharge - Commercial
Delivery Surcharge - Residential
