Address Information Verification

The purpose of the Address Information Verification in the Cross Reference Setup is used to set up codes to identify Countries, States, and Provinces which are used by the various freight carriers. Do not set up the information manually. Select "Import" from the menu bar and select the desired import function. The system will downland and populate the required information.

To setup the Address Information Verification, select:

EDI Menu > Setup Programs > Cross-Reference Maintenance > Address Information Verification

Information:

Contains the name of the Country, State or Province.

Information
Country	Selected if the address code is for a Country
U.S. State	Selected if the address code is for a state within the United States
Mexican State	Selected if the address code is for a state within Mexico
Canadian Province	Selected if the address code is for a province within Canado
