Perform all the necessary warehouse functions, from shipping to receiving, and everything in between. Includes labeling and advanced license plating modules. General Enhancements and Corrections
Please see the list below for the most recent enhancements and corrections made to the EDI, Shipping, Handheld WMS solutions, and more. We have endeavored to test the changes as thoroughly as possible, but as all releases share the same code base there is always the possibility of an unforeseen complication. Best practices include local testing and user sign-off prior to going live in any production environment. If any problems arise, please notify us.

- Updated job validation to allow extra leading zeros
Handheld WMS - License Plating
- Updated to allow processing license plates manually
Handheld WMS - Local Database Size
- Updated to increase the maximum local database size (on the device) to handle very large numbers of stock codes, for example
Handheld WMS - Queued Processing
- Enhanced to offload the importing of information from the Cadacus WCF Service to a separate service to better handle very large shipments
Handheld WMS - Shipments
- Updated to prevent "Not enough stock in warehouse" message when online verification and "Required using on-hand quantity" is used
Handheld WMS - Verify Quantity
- Corrected condition preventing the auto-save of quantity when the UPC code is scanned during a verify
Handheld WMS - Warehouse Transfer
- Updated basic handling of the <B> (bin) tag for Handheld WMS on Windows
EDI Import - 810 - Invoice
EDI Import - 810 - Invoice
- Enhanced discounts posted for registered invoices
- Corrected calculated sales order ship date when created according to certain 850 ship date handling options
- Updated to accommodate how the N3 segment is imported when certain SYSPRO address setup options are used
- Provided business object workaround option to Trade Promotion Management (TPM) issue when line date is prior to today
EDI Import - 945 - Warehouse Shipping Advice
- Updated to properly include stock code on shipments according to 945 setups
EDI Export - 850 - Purchase Order

- Enhanced to include "do not check status in tracking file" option
EDI - Exports - 856 - Advanced Ship Notice (ASN)
- Enhanced SN102 at the Order level to output the total units shipped if there is an SN1 at the item level also configured
- Updated export drop-down to include "15-Replace" option for BSN01
EDI - Exports - 870 - Order Status Report
- Enhanced to include "In order line custom form field" option (similar to the 856 and 810)
EDI - Exports - 940 - Warehouse Shipping Document
- Corrected export error when 3-digit warehouse code was used
EDI - Active Files
- Updated "Active Files" pane to run the proper 852 program when run "Import, 997-E" option is selected on right-click
EDI - Cross Reference
- Updated stock code substitution maintenance to prevent record not found error
Shipping/Freight - Carrier Service Information
- Enhanced to include option to "Print Pack Labels if created" (for web API's only)
Shipping/Freight - End Pack F2
- Updated to "gray-out" the F2 (end pack) button after a stock code has been selected to prevent accidental operator usage
Shipping/Freight - Pallet Weights
- Updated to include a new option on the General 3 of the station setup to tell the system if the entered weight includes the pallet, or not
Shipping/Freight - Shipping Labels
- Updated to handle condition to prevent PROBEGIN.PRO error prompt based on email configuration tab in Shipping/WMS System Setup
Shipping/Freight - Shipping Label Reprint
- Corrected the delete button and the list clears after printing to prevent DSRUN error in certain conditions

- Enhanced to include reprint option

- Updated to handle condition causing a print dialog to appear where an old "non-windows printing" option (no longer available) had been selected

- Updated Cadacus Support Library to prevent possible freeze issue when processing a UPS shipment immediately after a USPS shipment

- Correction to address "invalid response received from Shipping library" error message
- Significant enhancements to emailing capabilities

- Updated PO number handling to address all SYSPRO 7 presentation lengths and formats
